Open Mac Mail and navigate to Mail > Settings/Preferences.

On the Signatures page, create a new signature named Teams Signature. IMPORTANT: This name is case-sensitive and must be copied exactly as written above. After creating the signature, drag and drop it to the email account that you want to use it with. Then, select the account. At the bottom of the screen, set Teams Signature as the default signature for the account.
Close Mac Mail completely by navigating to Mail > Quit Mail
Click the Apple icon and select System Settings > Preferences. Then, select Internet Accounts.
In the system settings click on your user image , then select iCloud > iCloud Drive > Options. On the screen that opens, make sure the Mail checkbox is NOT checked. Then, click Done.

Copy your code by clicking here. Then, open the WiseStamp App, paste your code and click “Login.”

Then, on the screen that opens, make sure the Signatures folder is selected, click Open. In case the Signatures folder didn't open by default, you should check this article to find the correct path.
Click the Refresh icon to save your settings.
Updating your signature in Mac Mail
After making changes to your WiseStamp for Teams signature, follow these steps to push the changes to Mac Mail:
In the WiseStamp App for Desktop, click the Refresh icon
Close Mac Mail completely by navigating to Mail > Quit Mail
Re-open Mac Mail and compose a test email. The updated signature will appear at the bottom of the draft.
Copy & paste installation
Grab your signature by clicking here
- Open the Mail application and log into your account
- Click Mail → Preferences in the top left of your screen
- From Preferences, click Signatures
- Click the + button at the bottom of the middle column
- Uncheck the “Always match my default message font” & paste your new email signature (cmd⌘ + v) into the right-hand column
- Drag the signature to the mailboxes you wish to use the signature with. Then, click on the mailbox and set the new signature as the default signature by opening the Choose Signature dropdown.
- To save, close the pop up window
- Compose a new email in Outlook and the signature will appear
